1. Operation Executive / Planner (Cargo Transport)

Location :  Seksyen 33, Shah Alam

Role : Oversee and manage daily long-haul cargo transport operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely deliveries. Manage and resolve incidents, accidents, or delays, providing immediate corrective action and reporting.

Requirements :

  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 2–5 years experience in transport or fleet operations. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
  • Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of local transport regulations, road safety, and fleet management best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or logistics management systems
  • Able to work independently and handle operational challenges effectively.

Role : The Administrative Intern provides day-to-day operational and clerical support to the administration. This role is designed to handle foundational data management, documentation, and office coordination while gaining practical experience in corporate operations.

Requirements :

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word) or Google Workspace (Sheets and Docs). Basic knowledge of data formatting is highly valued.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a reliable sense of responsibility when handling company data.
  • Able to handle time-sensitive operations and team coordination
